Plain Answers to Several Questions about Association/Independence Structure in Complete/Incomplete Contingency Tables
In this paper, we develop some results based on Relational model (Klimova, et al. 2012) which permits a decomposition of logarithm of expected cell frequencies under a log-linear type model. These results imply plain answers to several questions in the context of analyzing of contingency tables. Moreover, determination of design matrix and hypothesis-induced matrix of the model will be discusse...
متن کاملCommon questions about pacemakers.
Pacemakers are indicated in patients with certain symptomatic bradyarrhythmias caused by sinus node dysfunction, and in those with frequent, prolonged sinus pauses. Patients with third-degree or complete atrioventricular (AV) block benefit from pacemaker placement, as do those with type II second-degree AV block because of the risk of progression to complete AV block. The use of pacemakers in p...
متن کاملQuestions about grilling.
We present taveRNA, a web server package that hosts three RNA web services: alteRNA, inteRNA and pRuNA. alteRNA is a new alternative for RNA secondary structure prediction. It is based on a dynamic programming solution that minimizes the sum of energy density and free energy of an RNA structure. inteRNA is the first RNA–RNA interaction structure prediction web service. It also employs a dynamic...
متن کاملStrange Questions about Braids
The infinite braid group B∞ admits a left self-distributive structure. In particular, it includes a free monogenerated left self-distributive system, and, therefore, it inherits all properties of the latter object. Here we discuss how such algebraic properties translate into the language of braids. We state new results about braids and propose a list of open questions.
